What is the minimum order and lead time?

The minimum order is one unit for standard and custom systems. Standard orders typically ship in 10–15 working days, while engineered curtain wall, sunroom and folding-roof packages take longer and are quoted against the approved shop drawings.

How is project performance documented?

Each order is issued with shop drawings, a profile and glass schedule, hardware and finish specification, and mill test certificates for the aluminum supplied. The performance reports a specification calls for — U-value, acoustic, water-tightness, wind-load or impact — are agreed in the quotation and supplied in the technical submission, either from TOTTME qualification reports or from a laboratory the project nominates.

How a TOTTME order runs

Every product family follows the same four stages, from the first drawing to the loaded container. Responsibilities and dates are written into the quotation, so a buyer can compare offers on the same basis.

1. 01

   RFQ and technical review

   Send drawings, elevation schedules and the performance targets the project must meet, plus destination port. We check profile availability, glass build-up, finish and any approval the facade or fenestration package needs before pricing.

2. 02

   Shop drawings and quotation

   The quotation sets out profile systems, glass, hardware, finish, packing, MOQ, lead time, payment terms and the test documentation included — the points buyers need to compare offers on the same basis.

3. 03

   Production and inspection

   Extrusion, CNC machining, assembly and glazing run in-house with in-process checks on dimensions, wall thickness, coating and hardware fit. Pre-shipment inspection reports and photographs are issued before the container is sealed.

4. 04

   Export packing and documents

   Export-grade crating, a container loading plan and the shipping set — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the agreed test reports — travel with the order so customs clearance and site handover are not held up.
